1. Platform Overview
- OhMyCompetitions is a Pi-powered platform built for the Pi Network community.
- The platform is operated and managed by the OhMyCompetitions project team.
- By using the platform, you accept these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the risks associated with digital platforms, online competitions, and Pi transactions.

2. Pi-Only Economy
- All entries, prizes, and platform transactions are handled in Pi unless clearly stated otherwise.
- We do not accept or process fiat currency such as EUR, GBP, or USD through the platform.
- Any reference to prize value is descriptive only and does not represent a fiat cash guarantee.

3. Finality of Pi Transactions
- All Pi transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed by OhMyCompetitions.
- You are responsible for reviewing payment details before submitting any entry or purchase.
- We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect wallet details, user error, or third-party wallet issues.

4. Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful where you live.
- All entries must be made through the official OhMyCompetitions platform using valid Pi Network authentication where required.

5. Country Restrictions
- Participation is not permitted where competitions, skill games, prize draws, or related services are prohibited or restricted by law.
- If your location restricts this type of activity, you must not use the platform. We may limit or deny access where reasonably required for compliance or platform safety.

6. Entries & Fees
- Some competitions or features may be free to enter, while others may require a Pi entry fee.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all completed payments are final and non-refundable.
- Entries are personal to the user account that submitted them and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged.
- We reserve the right to verify eligibility, suspend accounts, or disqualify entries where rules are broken or abuse is detected.

7. Winner Selection
- Winners may be selected by random draw, competition ranking, score-based outcome, or other clearly stated competition rules.
- Where a claim window applies, winners must respond or complete claim steps within the stated period or risk forfeiting the prize.
- We may request reasonable verification before releasing prizes where fraud prevention or eligibility checks are necessary.

8. Prizes & Value in Pi
- Prizes are paid in Pi unless a competition clearly states a different reward format.
- Prizes cannot be redeemed for fiat currency through OhMyCompetitions unless we explicitly offer that option in writing within the platform.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or local legal requirements connected to prizes you receive.
- For Crack the Vault, if a winning player has not completed at least one valid Pi purchase within the OhMyCompetitions app before the winning attempt, they may only be eligible to receive 50% of the displayed prize pool. The remaining 50% may be carried forward and added to the next Crack the Vault prize pool.
- OhMyCompetitions reserves the right to review purchase history, account activity, eligibility, and fair-play signals before confirming any Crack the Vault prize payout.

9. Limitation of Liability
- Use of the platform is at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or continuous availability.
- We are not liable for lost entries, delayed actions, wallet issues, third-party service problems, connectivity failures, or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, OhMyCompetitions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

10. Data Usage & Privacy
- We use limited user data to operate the platform, support users, verify activity, and administer prizes or competition functions.
- We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
- Please read our Privacy Policy for more information about how your data is handled.

11. Compliance with Pi Network
- OhMyCompetitions is designed to operate within the Pi ecosystem and aims to follow applicable Pi Network platform requirements and developer guidance.
- Features, payment flows, and platform rules may change as the Pi ecosystem evolves.

12. Competitions, Thresholds & Fair Play
- OhMyCompetitions offers a mix of free and paid competitions, promotions, and Pi-funded participation experiences for the Pi Network community.
- During launch periods or special promotions, certain competitions may be run at reduced or zero profit to build trust, reward early users, and support growth within the Pi ecosystem.
- Some competitions may require a minimum participation threshold to proceed fairly and sustainably.
- If a stated threshold is not reached by the scheduled end time, we may extend the competition, postpone the result, carry valid entries forward, or cancel the competition where necessary to protect fairness and prize integrity.
- Any extension, postponement, carry-forward, or cancellation will be communicated within the platform where reasonably possible. No competition will be drawn early or intentionally manipulated to influence outcomes.
- All entries must be submitted before the deadline shown in the platform, including any extended deadline displayed in-app. Entry limits or ticket caps may vary by competition.
- Refunds, if offered, will only be made in Pi and only where a competition is fully cancelled or where a refund is otherwise explicitly stated by us. No refund is due solely because a competition is extended or postponed.

13. Snake Game Thresholds & Prize Handling
- The Snake Game may require a minimum participation threshold, normally 75%, before the full advertised prize payout can go ahead.
- If the 75% threshold is not reached by the scheduled end time, OhMyCompetitions may choose to extend or rerun the Snake Game for another month to give the event a fair chance to reach the required level.
- Instead of extending the event, OhMyCompetitions may choose to close the Snake Game and pay out a fair percentage of the advertised prize pool based on the participation level reached.
- Any percentage payout will be reviewed fairly and communicated clearly before prizes are confirmed.
- No Snake Game result will be drawn, adjusted, or handled in a way that intentionally manipulates the outcome. All decisions will be made to protect fairness, prize integrity, and the long-term sustainability of the platform.

14. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
- Updated Terms become effective when posted on the platform unless stated otherwise.
- Your continued use of OhMyCompetitions after an update means you accept the latest version.
